Suite is one of Bellei’s best vinegars, and it requires 12-years aging to produce this dense, sweet and amazing balsamic vinegar. Its notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate and toffee make this the perfect vinegar for experimenting with the sweeter side of the balsamic spectrum. Goes well with vegetable or pasta salads, Parmesan cheese, cream-flavoured gelato, strawberries, pineapple or cherries.
