Leporati Parma ham originates only from two ingredients: pork and sea salt. This Prosciutto di Parma is matured for at least 16 months and is obtained from the thighs of pigs that are born and bred in Italy. They are accurately selected, salted and left to mature in the old cellar on wooden shelves. This is the classic Parma, tender with a delicate scent.
