DE PALMA GRASS FED BRESAOLA

An Italian dried beef made from loin meat that has been cured and formed into round logs, similar to coppa. When processed, it is seasoned with black pepper, juniper berries, cinnamon, cloves, and garlic, and it becomes deep red in colour and provides a distinctively sweet hearty flavour.
