Just like balsamic vinegar is a blend of grape juice (must) and wine vinegar, Bell Mela is a blend of pure natural apple juice and apple cider vinegar. The presence of apple juice assures an interesing density and particularly fruity taste. Aged in barrels to enhance the complexity of its aroma.
