BELLEI BALSAMIC MODENA IGP "SUA MAESTA" 250ML

Sua Maestà or 'His Majesty' is certainly a balsamic vinegar deserving of its name. It's an aromatic and dense balsamic made with passion and attentive perseverance by Bellei. It is a clear, bright, and dark brown balsamic with an intense yet delicate flavour followed by woody notes. It is characterized by a low 4% acidity with a taste that is bittersweet, well balanced, and pleasant. Aging takes place for long periods in wood barrels contributing to a denser, sweeter and less acidic balsamic vinegar. This aged vinegar is suitable for grilled meats, boiled vegetables, Parmiggiano Reggiano, ice-cream, and strawberries.
