This Bellei glaze maintains the balance of a sweet and sour taste, typical of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. What differentiates the glaze from the vinegar, is the consistency that comes from mixing must with the balsamic vinegar and adding modified corn starch. This vinegar dressing is recommended for red meat and poultry.
