Jamón ibérico de Bellota is the pinnacle of Spanish cured ham, a delicacy in the days of the Roman Empire. Free-range black Iberian pigs consume oil-rich acorns which helps the fat interlace the flesh. Cured between 30-36 months, it has an incredibly complex taste, distinct marbling, a deep red colour and intense flavour.
