SERRANO JAMON 16 MONTH POLISHED

Jamón Serrano Reserva is cured ham from white pigs of the Spanish mountains. Cured between 12-14 months, it is firm with a consistent texture, some marbling, a warm red colour and deep ham flavour. Please note this product is not trimmed for a thicker outer layer.
